If you are having problems logging in to WorkBooth, follow the instructions in this walkthrough before you contact ASD.

Please Review First: WorkBooth is a customized secure web portal that has specific security features to meet the security needs of our clients. Because of this, you may be required to install software or modify settings (Internet Explorer, Antivirus software, etc…) on your PC to have WorkBooth Web function. The following sections will walk you through any of these required adjustments.

For returning employees, please run the WB2 Uninstaller before you begin

Prepare your system to launch WorkBooth
[-]JavaScript is disabled. What do I do?
Many WorkBooth Pages Including This One Require that JavaScript is supported and enabled!
You can enable JavaScript by following the steps in the Documentation
Users are responsible for ensuring no malicious software is installed on their PC. You must update your Antivirus and Antispyware software before running a full system scan.

Since all Antivirus and Antispyware software are unique we can't provide a step by step guide on how to update it.
We don’t endorse or sponsor any vendor and is only for resource and reference purposes..
For more information on Malware, see our Documentation.

TeleTech is not responsible for removing malicious software, or the potential consequences of removing the software. If Malware is detected on your PC, you are responsible for removing it.

I M P O R T A N T : We recommend for you follow all the installation instructions closely so the application will not launch each time your machine starts.

Use the free version of Malwarebytes software in order to download, install and scan your computer, let's begin:

A. Downloading and Installing Malwarebytes
  1. Open your browser (i.e. Internet Explorer), type https://www.malwarebytes.com/ and click on the FREE DOWNLOAD button.

  2. After the downloading is finished, click on the Run button.

  3. If you have a message from User Account Control (UAC), click on the Yes button to allow it.

  4. On the Setup Language window, leave English and click on the OK button.

  5. Click on the Next button.

  6. On the License Agreement window, [a] select the option I accept the agreement and [b] click on the Next button.

  7. Click on the Next button.

  8. Click on the Install button.

  9. And lastly, click on the Finish button.

  10. If you have this message, click on the Yes button in order to reboot the computer.

B. Scanning with Malwarebytes

After installing it, we need to scan the computer, let's begin:

  1. Close the introductory window.

  2. Click on the button Protection Settings.

  3. [a] Select the menu Settings, then [b] go the the tab My Account.

  4. Click on the button Deactivate Premium Trial. On the next message, just click on the Yes button.

  5. The information on the section Subscription Details will change automatically...

  6. If you have this message, don't upgrade and close it.

  7. Now, the status has changed to Always free...

  8. [a] Return to the Dashboard menu and [b] run the Scan.

  9. Wait until the scanning is completed...

  10. In the Summary window you will see if your computer has any threat. By clicking on the View Report button, you will be able to see the report in detail.

  11. This is how the Report Scan looks. You can close it after reading it.

  12. If you do not need to save the Report Scan, please close all windows from Malwarebytes.

    In case that you need to save the Report Scan, this can be done in two ways: from the Report Scan window or from the Summary window.

  13. Now, for saving the file on the desktop, [a] select the Desktop and [b] click on the Save button.

  14. Click on OK the button.

  15. And lastly, close all windows from Malwarebytes.

Appendix A. Disabling Malwarebytes From Starting During Windows Start Up
I M P O R T A N T : We recommend for you follow all the installation instructions closely so the application will not launch each time your machine starts.

Follow these steps to disable Malwarebytes from starting during Windows Start Up:
  1. Click on the Taskbar and find the Malwarebytes icon.

  2. Right-click on Malwarebytes icon and if Start with Windows has a check mark, click on it to disable it.

It is recommended that users install all Recommended, Optional and Important windows updates (with the exception of Bing Toolbar and Bing Desktop).
Selecting the proper update schedule is important for keeping your Windows secure and operational. The following recommendations are optimal for use with CheckPoint, but may not meet your specific needs. Use at your discretion.



Windows 8.1 users with Windows Defender must complete the following steps in order to access WorkBooth:


Endpoint Compliance Scanner
If your Endpoint Compliance Scanner progress bar is stuck in place or doesn't complete after 5 minutes, it will probably never complete.

This can usually be resolved by clearing your browser, as described in Before you call ASD.

If your Endpoint Compliance Scanner is repeatedly erroring and never completing, you may have Malware on your system.

To scan and remove potential Malware, use the instructions above.

This means the WorkBooth scan of your system didn’t detect that the TeleTech SIP phone was installed.

TeleTech SIP Phone will handle your calls within WorkBooth.

Download and configure the TeleTech SIP phone as follows:
  1. Click on the link provided to download TeleTech SIP phone
  2. Save the file
    SIP1
  3. Double click on the executable file to launch it
    SIP2
  4. Select 'English' as the language
    SIP3
  5. Follow any recommendations to install missing components
    SIP4
  6. Once all required components have been installed on your PC the SIP Wizard will open. Click 'Next'

  7. Agree to the End-User Agreement

  8. Accept the default path for installation

  9. Unclick 'Launch this program when Windows starts'

  10. Click on 'Install'

This means the WorkBooth scan of your system didn’t detect that VMware was installed.

VMware is used to connect to your TeleTech desktop were your client software resides.

Download and configure VMWare as follows:
  1. Click on the link provided to download VMWare View Client
  2. Save the file
  3. Double click on the executable file to launch it

  4. Click on 'Next'

  5. Click on 'Next'

  6. Select 'I accept the terms in the license agreement'

  7. Keep default installs

  8. Leave 'Default View Connection Server:' blank (This will be provided to you at a later time)

  9. Select 'Show in Connection dialog' and uncheck 'Set default option to login as current user'

  11. Click 'Install'

  12. Install will complete successfully. Click 'Finish'

  13. The install will require you to reboot your system. Please click 'Yes' to restart your PC. Or 'No' if you would like to do it at another time

This can mean one of two things:
  1. No Antispyware software was detected on your system or the installed Antispyware software isn't recognized by WorkBooth:
    • Supported free and commercial Antispyware software is listed in the Requirements
  2. The Antispyware software has not been updated. Since all Antispyware software is unique we can't provide an exact step by step guide on how to update your software but you can try the steps listed in Self-Help
This can mean one of two things:
  1. No Antivirus software was detected on your system or the installed Antivirus software isn't recognized by WorkBooth:
    • Supported free and commercial Antivirus software is listed in the Requirements
  2. The Antivirus software has not been updated. Since all Antivirus software is unique we can't provide an exact step by step guide on how to update your software but you can try the steps listed in Self-Help
This can mean one of two things:
  1. No Firewall software was detected on your system or the installed Firewall software isn't recognized by WorkBooth:
    • Supported free and commercial Firewall software is listed in the Requirements
  2. The Firewall is disabled:
    • Since all Firewall software is unique we can't provide a step by step guide on how to update your software. Please use Google to search for a solution
This error can mean one of three things:
  1. Windows is not currently up to date:
    • Run Windows Update as described in Self-Help
  2. Automatic Updates are not enabled:
    • Configure Windows Update as described in Self-Help
  3. The Windows Update service has not yet started:
    • If you have recently started your PC, wait 5 minutes for the service to start, then try to log into CheckPoint again
This means the WorkBooth scan of your system detected that an unsupported Microsoft Update (KB#######) was installed.

These updates are known to cause issues with Secure Workspace.

Remove the update as follows:
  1. Click on the Start Button
  2. Click on "Control Panel"

  6. Click on the "Search" box

  7. Type the KB number (ie.- KB3087985) in the Search Box and press "Enter"

  8. Click on the relevant security update (ie.- Security Update for Microsoft Windows [KB3087985])

  10. Click on "Yes"

  11. After the update is uninstalled, Click on "Restart Now"

Security Certificate

WorkBooth Certificate Process
Please follow the steps carefully to install a certificate using WorkBooth:

  1. Open Internet Explorer (by clicking on the Internet Explorer icon).

  2. Click on the Gear button located on the top right of the browser. Or if you have the Menu Bar showing on your browser, you can click on the Tools menu.

  3. Click on Internet Options -> Content Tab -> Certificates.

  4. Click on Remove to delete the old certificates (starting with USDEN) in the Personal Tab, then close it. A certificate prompt will open asking: "You cannot decrypt data encrypted using the certificates. Do you want to delete the certificates?". Click on Yes button. After you click Yes, the highlighted certificate(s) will be removed.

  5. You can remove more than one certificate at a time. If you have certificates that shows 'DO.NOT.TRUST', remove them also as they are potentially malware.

  6. Once you have all of the TeleTech certs removed. Click on the Start/Windows menu button.

  7. Type in Cert in the search box. 'TeleTech WB Certification' should appear as one of the options.

  8. Click on it to load the Certificate Tool, wait for it to load.
    If by chance it does not appear, try to minimize your open browser as it may be hidden behind it or look for the TeleTech icon (globe) on the task bar. Then click on it.

  9. The Credential Process Step prompt will appear.
    Login using your AD Login domain\username (ttechcorp\1234567 example). New hires will find this information in the Certificate Install email.

  10. The Install Certificate Step prompt will open asking for your Security PIN. This was sent to you in a separate email. Note that the PIN is case sensitive (enter it carefully).
    Once the PIN is entered, click the Install certificate button. A box will pop up stating the certificate was successfully installed. Click the OK button. A web page will then launch with the header 'Test Succeeded!'.

    You may now close that page and the web browser

You should have received your security PIN via email. Please check your junk mail and spam folders, the mail may have gone there instead of your inbox. This email would of came from a @teletech.com address.
  1. Email CandidateSupport@teletech.com to issue your system a new Security PIN. Please include in the email your complete full and last name, login ID (if applicable), hire point or oracle ID (If applicable)
  2. Once you have your Security Pin, follow the instructions on the email you receive with the PIN Number
If you are experiencing an error or 'Enrolment Failed' message when entering your security PIN you may be experiencing one of the following issues:
If you are still experiencing errors, simply email CandidateSupport@teletech.com to issue your system a new Security PIN.

Logging in with a Certificate
If you haven't installed a certificate you will need to do so in order to continue.
You should have received a email from Candidate Support with your Security PIN and instructions to download and install your certificate.
If you haven't received an email be sure to check your junk mail folder, if it isn't there email CandidateSupport@teletech.com to get new one issued.
Once you have your Security PIN follow the instructions in the email.
Certificates can only be downloaded once. They may be installed multiple times on multiple PCs if saved.
If you have changed PCs you will need to install your Certificate on that system.
When logging into WorkBooth (http://goto.workbooth.com), WorkBooth doesn't recognize that you have a certificate installed or a valid certificate on your system.
If you have installed your Certificate and continue to get an error when logging in, this could be caused by any of the following:
